CRN noted that 2025 marked a turning point for AI becoming deeply integrated into the tools MSPs and solution providers use to manage and support customers. Among those examples was PartnerFirst, TD SYNNEX’s evolved digital platform experience designed to make doing business across the IT ecosystem easier and more efficient.
The article also highlighted the growing introduction of AI agents from vendors and distributors, including TD SYNNEX’s PartnerFirst Digital Bridge AI Assistant.
