2026 interns reflect on growth, mentorship and the experiences that shaped their summer.

Every Internship Teaches Something. The Best Ones Transform You.

An internship is often the first step between the classroom and a career. It’s where ideas are tested, confidence is built, and learning becomes real.

This summer, interns across TD SYNNEX gained hands-on experience supporting teams throughout the business. But beyond the day-to-day projects, three Events & Marketing interns set out to answer a bigger question:

What is It Really Like to Intern at TD SYNNEX?

Rather than telling the story themselves, they asked their fellow interns to do it.

Through interviews, surveys, videos and social storytelling, they captured the moments, lessons and relationships that defined the 2026 internship experience.

Listening First

Before a single video was filmed, the team surveyed interns across the company, asking two simple questions:

  • How would you describe TD SYNNEX’s culture toward interns?
  • How has this internship transformed you?

The responses revealed a common theme: transformation.

While every internship looked different, many interns described similar experiences. They spoke about growing in confidence, learning from mentors, collaborating across teams and seeing themselves differently as young professionals.

More Than Meaningful Work

The internship experience extended far beyond individual assignments.

Interns worked alongside leaders, collaborated across departments and contributed to projects that supported real business priorities. In doing so, they developed skills that can’t always be taught in a classroom: communication, adaptability, ownership and teamwork.

For the three interns leading this campaign, that growth came through creating something entirely their own. From creative direction and branding to video production and project management, they planned and executed an end-to-end campaign designed to showcase the voices of their peers.

How Would Interns Describe the Culture?

The responses reflected more than just positive experiences. They painted a picture of an internship culture built on collaboration, curiosity and growth. Across departments, interns consistently described an environment where they felt welcomed, challenged and supported as they transitioned from the classroom to the workplace.

Hear From Our Interns

While many interns shared similar themes, each experience was uniquely their own. Through a series of short videos, interns reflected on the moments that challenged them, the relationships they built and the lessons they’ll carry into their careers.
