The channel must move fast on agentic AI: TD SYNNEX CEO
In this article, Zammit emphasizes the opportunity posed by agentic AI and notes that while enterprise AI has generally passed proof‑of‑concept stages, it remains a small part of revenue for partners today; the differentiator will be whether partners can turn it into real ROI. He emphasizes the ways TD SYNNEX is using AI to augment its workforce and improve customer experience as it maintains its omnichannel model combining digital and human expertise.
“We’re about to finish securing it (AI), and we are going to empower our co-workers to create agents and use the agents developed by their colleagues. We want to be an AI-enabled company.”

Zammit also commented on the topic of partner rationalization and consolidation in an interview with Channel Dive at the 2025 North America Canalys Forum. He shared that TD SYNNEX views the vendor as a customer when the vendor transfers a partner and that developing a safe transition plan for the vendors with their partners is essential to the success of transitioning to a two-tier distribution model.
