When you bring together some of the most innovative minds in tech distribution, align around shared priorities, and engage directly with partners, the outcome is more than a conference, it’s a catalyst.
The TD SYNNEX High-Growth Conference (HGC) and Advanced Solutions Executive Summit (ASES) were held back-to-back in Los Angeles and Huntington Beach, CA, designed to accelerate strategic conversations, explore new growth opportunities, and elevate the strength of our partner ecosystem.
This year, we didn’t just talk about transformation, we operationalized it. From AI enablement and evolving services to loyalty-driven growth and infrastructure modernization, both events focused on enabling partners.
From the moment co-workers and partners arrived, the energy was unmistakable: this was going to be different. Actionable. Personal.
Scaling Smarter, Not Harder
The High-Growth Conference opened with a key question: How are we helping partners grow smarter?
Whether it was enhancements to our Destination AI™ framework, the evolution of our services strategy, or the debut of our Partner Loyalty Program, the answer was clear—TD SYNNEX is investing in what matters most to our ecosystem: relevance, readiness, and relationships.
During my opening remarks, I shared that our newly launched loyalty program has a customized dashboard for each partner, allowing rewards and activities based on your current business performance.
“It’s built to reward what you’re already doing and arm you with incentives to expand,” added MK Fisher, Manager of Partner Enablement. “It’s about growing together—and recognizing that growth.”
Current benefits include:
- Complimentary MDF earnings
- Employee training and certification opportunities for continuous learning
- Travel credits for TD SYNNEX and industry events, plus exclusive experiences
Turning AI Strategy into Execution
If AI felt like a buzzword last year, this year it was the backbone of many breakout discussions. Through tools like the Destination AI™ Solution Grid and Partner Assessment Tool, TD SYNNEX is equipping partners to identify opportunity areas and engage with AI solutions based on real business needs, giving partners a hands-on way to visualize where they are and what’s next in their AI journey.
“Artificial Intelligence is no longer a concept of the future; it’s our present reality,” said Ed Morales, VP of AI and Digital Transformation. “The Destination AI Solution Grid is a game-changer. It gives partners a structured and consistent framework to engage in AI—no matter where they are in their journey.”
The new methodology aligns with Destination AI™’s partner profiling, which categorized partners as Aware, Ready or Expert in AI, then maps AI-native and AI-enabled solutions to a grid based on technical complexity and sales motion sophistication.
Building Profitability: Services That Stick
Our Services portfolio took center stage, with a strong focus on helping partners capture new revenue opportunities, strengthen recurring value, and deepen specialization.
“Services continue to be an area of high profitability and margin,” said James Lee, Sr. Director of Services Business Development. “We’re continually enhancing our portfolio to help partners unlock incremental revenue streams.”
From pre-sales engineering to lifecycle renewals and managed services, TD SYNNEX continues to support partners with flexible offerings that align to where they are in their services journey—helping them scale capabilities and meet evolving customer needs.
A Culture You Can Feel
Beyond the business sessions, HGC emphasized the role of culture in enabling sustainable growth. From peer networking and purpose-driven panels to the (re)introduction of the Nautilus pin, a symbol of our core identity statements, the message was loud and clear: we don’t just power technology—we power people.
Calhoun McKinney, VP Strategic Business, Go-To-Market Strategy Leader, TD SYNNEX, captured this energy onstage while holding up the Nautilus pin:
“So, we’re not just a logo.
We’re not a building.
We’re not just a platform.
We’re not just services.
We are a distributor.
We’re a force, and we are not here to play small.”
When you see a co-worker wearing one of these pins, there’s a lot of meaning. The three bands represent each of our key identity statements: Dare to Go, Get Stuff Done, and Win Together.

Advanced Thinking: The Advanced Solutions Executive Summit
As HGC concluded, the conversation elevated further with ASES—a summit built to connect business leaders to further conversations on how to expand their High-Growth business, utilizing our arm of business transformation, legal strategy, and financial innovation.
I had the honor of opening ASES by welcoming our partners and vendors to the stage, emphasizing that digital transformation is no longer a buzzword — it’s the engine driving business success across every industry.
ASES brought executive-level insights into real-world focus:
- Canalys forecasts $5.44T in global IT spend for 2025, with AI, cloud, and cybersecurity leading the charge.
- AI isn’t just a growth driver—it’s reshaping the channel. AI-powered software, infrastructure, and AI-capable PCs are surging.
- 70% of IT spending is now influenced by partners, and those specializing in managed services and data center modernization are best positioned for long-term growth.
- Cybersecurity is expected to grow 12.9% in 2025—with over 90% of that spend flowing through partners.
- Hyperscalers are investing over $200M in AI-ready data centers, fast-tracking modernization projects amid tariff and regulatory uncertainty.
The event also featured one-on-one (1:1) strategy sessions, legal and compliance insights, and actionable guidance on navigating the evolving IT landscape.

We also received insights into market demands from experts, including IDC President Crawford Del Prete, who emphasized that AI infrastructure is fueling the next wave of IT spending. IDC expects overall IT growth to outpace global GDP by as much as 2–3x in 2025, even amid geopolitical risks and economic uncertainty.
This outlook reinforces the urgency and opportunity for channel partners to align with high-growth areas like AI, cloud, and data center modernization.
“In a tech-driven world, it’s not just about tools. It’s about trust, relationships, and delivering real value together.”
One Week. Two Events. Endless Possibilities.
From the main stage to the breakout rooms, every moment of the High-Growth Conference was designed to spark meaningful progress. ASES extended that momentum with a focused lens on market dynamics, elevating partner opportunity, and the strength of aligned execution.
Through partner-first programs, AI-driven frameworks, and cross-functional execution, we’re not just responding to transformation—we’re leading it.
The path forward is smarter, more connected, and built on trust. We’re proud to be building it together.
