Agreement gives partners access to the Nodegrid platform, supported by Tech Data’s local engineering, MSP practice, and enablement programs

Sydney, ‌Australia, 1 September 2026, Tech Data, a TD SYNNEX Company, today announced a new distribution agreement with ZPE Systems, expanding access to ZPE’s infrastructure resilience and out-of-band management solutions for partners across Australia and New Zealand (ANZ).

Through the agreement, partners can access the ZPE Systems Nodegrid platform, including Nodegrid serial consoles, services routers, Nodegrid Manager and ZPE Cloud. These solutions help partners provide secure remote access, establish isolated management infrastructure, and automate operations across data centre, branch, and edge environments.

Organisations across ANZ are managing increasingly distributed IT environments while facing growing cybersecurity requirements and pressure to maintain operational resilience. As workloads stretching across cloud, edge, remote locations, and hybrid setups, businesses need secure, reliable access to critical infrastructure, including when primary networks are unavailable. This creates opportunities for partners to help customers reduce operational risk, minimise downtime and accelerate recovery from outages and cybersecurity incidents.

Tech Data will support partners through its Tech Centre of Excellence, providing sales and technical training, solution webinars, and demonstrations. This is complemented by its Solutions Factory, which provides ready-to-deploy solutions and integration support. Partners can also tap into Tech Data’s MSP Practice Builder Program to develop repeatable managed services focused on uptime, remote management, and incident recovery.

“Our partners are increasingly looking for reliable ways to access and restore critical infrastructure when networks are disrupted,” said Robbie Upcroft, Country General Manager, Tech Data ANZ. “ZPE Systems helps address that gap, while complementing the networking, security and data centre solutions our partners already deliver. It also creates opportunities to build recurring managed services focused on uptime and recovery, an area many of our partners are aiming to grow into. Through our local expertise and enablement capabilities, we can help partners bring these solutions to market quickly and develop scalable, repeatable practices.”

“Organisations across Australia and New Zealand are facing increasing pressure to maintain uptime, strengthen cybersecurity, and manage complex, distributed environments with limited resources. Our partnership with Tech Data ANZ enables us to bring ZPE’s next-generation infrastructure resilience and out-of-band management solutions to a broader partner community, helping customers simplify operations, accelerate recovery from incidents, and help maintain continuous access to critical infrastructure. With Tech Data’s market reach and enablement capabilities, we are well positioned to drive growth and deliver meaningful business outcomes across the ANZ market,” Mark Thomas, EMEA & APAC Channel Manager, ZPE Systems added.

The agreement will support partner opportunities across industries where continuity, security and reliable infrastructure access are critical, including financial services, government, healthcare, utilities, telecommunications, retail and education.
