SAS and TD SYNNEX partner Pinnacle Solutions are helping Children’s Specialized Hospital (CSH) improve pediatric care by reducing missed appointments through data and AI. Part of RWJ Barnabas Health, CSH sought a data-driven approach to improve appointment attendance and operational efficiency.
Pinnacle implemented the Predictive Health Solutions Patient No-Show Predictor, built on SAS® Viya® and hosted on Amazon Web Services, integrating patient and scheduling data to identify visits at risk for no-shows and enable proactive interventions.
As a result, CSH reduced patient no-shows by 8.5% across its clinical network, including a 63% reduction at one clinic, helping staff better support patients while optimizing resources.
