To accelerate adoption, she is planning to build AI labs for safe testing and an agentic AI and bot factory for coordinated deployment. Her advice to peers: embrace AI now or risk being left behind, as this technology is evolving faster than past shifts like cloud and mobile. With board-level support, a global perspective, and a focus on augmenting people with technology, Kristie is positioning TD SYNNEX to lead the digital distribution future.
