Kristie Grinell, CIO at TD SYNNEX, was recently interviewed by fastforward to discuss her role at TD SYNNEX and her outlook on AI. She highlighted her dedication to listening to her global team to identify operational challenges and opportunities across the organization. Those insights are guiding how TD SYNNEX leverages AI to improve communication, reduce process friction and support productivity. Grinnell is also focused on using TD SYNNEX’s own AI adoption as a practical example to better support partners and vendors.

“We don’t see it as agentic AI is going to replace all humans. We don’t see it as this is the only way to productivity, but we see it as augmenting our workforce, as augmenting our productivity as we grow and as we go in the marketplace.”
