Corporate citizenship reports are often filled with metrics and milestones. Those matter, and you’ll find them throughout this report. What matters just as much, however, is what those numbers represent: the choices we make every day to support our people, strengthen our communities, operate responsibly and help our partners navigate a rapidly changing world.
Our FY2025 Corporate Citizenship Report marks the fourth year we’ve shared our progress and priorities. It highlights the work we’re doing to strengthen our business, support our communities, invest in our people and reduce our environmental impact. More importantly, it reflects how we turn our commitments into action.
This year, we continued making meaningful progress across our Corporate Citizenship Framework. We reduced Scope 1 and 2 market-based emissions by approximately 52% from our FY2022 baseline and expanded access to product-level carbon footprint data, helping customers make more informed decisions as they work toward their own sustainability goals.
At the same time, we continued investing in the people who make our success possible. We refreshed our company values and strengthened our Servant Leadership Commitments, reinforcing the culture that defines how we work together and serve others. We also launched a new AI learning platform to help co-workers develop the skills and confidence to use emerging technologies responsibly and effectively.

That investment extends beyond our walls. In FY2025, co-workers contributed more than 12,000 volunteer hours in communities around the world, demonstrating the passion and commitment they bring not only to their work, but also to the places they call home.
We also strengthened our focus on responsible business practices. From cybersecurity and ethical leadership to responsible AI governance and supply chain accountability, we continue to evolve our programs to meet the expectations of our stakeholders and the realities of a rapidly changing technology landscape. This year, we achieved a 99.3% completion rate for our global Code of Conduct training and expanded our Ethics & Compliance program through enhanced governance, new policy resources and a broader Ethics Advisor Network.
One milestone that is particularly meaningful is our decision to join the United Nations Global Compact. By aligning with its principles on human rights, labor, environmental stewardship and anti-corruption, we are reinforcing our commitment to operating responsibly and creating lasting value for all our stakeholders. This report also serves as our annual Communication on Progress under that commitment.

Corporate citizenship is not separate from our business strategy. It helps build trust, strengthen relationships and position us for long-term success. Partners, customers and investors increasingly expect transparency, accountability and measurable progress. We share those expectations.
I’m proud of what we’ve accomplished this year and grateful to the co-workers, partners and communities who helped make that progress possible.
