Sydney, Australia – 6 August 2026 – Tech Data, a TD SYNNEX Company, today announced a new distribution agreement with Zoom Communications, Inc. to bring Zoom’s full suite of solutions to partners across Australia and New Zealand.
Through the partnership, partners can now access Zoom’s full platform, including Zoom Workplace, Zoom Phone, Zoom Contact Center, and Zoom AI, making it easier to deliver unified communications, modernise customer engagement, and embed AI into everyday workflows.
Organisations across ANZ look to simplify fragmented workplace technology environments while improving productivity and customer experience. This partnership enables partners to meet that demand with integrated, cloud-based solutions that replace legacy systems, streamline collaboration, and bring communications and AI together into a single experience.
Tech Data will support partner go-to-market through its Tech Centre of Excellence, delivering sales and technical training, solution webinars and demonstrations, alongside its Solutions Factory, which provides ready-to-deploy solutions and integration support. Partners can also leverage Tech Data’s StreamOne® platform for real-time consumption visibility, customer lifecycle management, automated multi-cloud billing, FinOps optimisation, white-label storefronts, PSA connectors and API integrations.
