Deal expands TD SYNNEX’s presence in Türkiye and strengthens networking and security offerings
Barcelona, Spain, August 20, 2024 – TD SYNNEX (NYSE: SNX) today announced an agreement to acquire Prolink Mümessillik İç ve Dış Ticaret Anonim Şirketi, a leading value-added distributor in Türkiye.
Prolink is a renowned independent distributor specializing in networking and security solutions for the Turkish market. Founded in 1997, the company currently operates with a workforce of 60 employees across offices in Istanbul and Ankara supporting a robust network of more than 300 reseller partners.

The completion of the acquisition is contingent upon customary closing conditions, including receipt of required approval from Turkish regulatory authorities. Pending this approval, both companies will continue to operate independently.
