The PartnerLINK North America Fall Conference: A High-Energy Wrap-Up

by Kristi Kirby
9 minutes read

The PartnerLINK Fall Conference brought together one of our most energized and engaged groups yet, filling the week with fresh ideas, strategic conversations, and meaningful moments that reminded us why this community is so impactful. From the moment partners checked in, the energy was impossible to miss — hallway conversations ran long, sessions sparked new perspectives, and every room felt charged with possibility. At the heart of it all is what LINK stands for: Lead. Innovate. Network. Knowledge. This is a proven formula built on repeatable and market leading success, and these four pillars guide how this community dares to go, focuses on key opportunities for growth, collaborates with trust, and sets the pace in a constantly shifting landscape. And throughout the week, every session and touchpoint connected directly back to them.

Aligning on What Matters Most

We kicked off by aligning around megatrends influencing the market and reviewing how performance and reinvestment continue to strengthen the PartnerLINK ecosystem. Partners leaned in as we walked through enhancements shaped directly by their feedback — reinforcing that this program evolves because the community drives it.A major highlight was the fireside conversation with global channel analyst Jay McBain and Advisory Board Chair Anthony D’Ambrosi. Their discussion on influence, partner expectations, and community-led innovation grounded the week with clarity and forward momentum. The conference also spotlighted three major areas gaining traction across the PartnerLINK community:Expanded Exclusive Member Benefits Stack, including LINK & Learn focused on delivering the most up to date and immediately actionable market insights from TD SYNNEX’s senior executive team, PartnerLINK PULSE focused on increased member engagement, partner to partner collaborative spotlight stories, and additional vendor offerings, Strategic Vendor LINK Tanks focused on providing members with in depth vendor enablement and exclusive PartnerLINK offerings, new Peer Groups focused on persona-based specialized needs to connect deeper within the partner, and multiple PartnerLINK Pilots around PartnerFirst, Connector Bridge, Partner Experience Forum and so many more.  The newly formed Partner Development Team was introduced as a stronger, more coordinated layer of support built entirely around partner needs and ensuring PartnerLINK partners are maximizing all available benefits throughout their organizations. And PartnerLINK University continued to shine, demonstrating how structured training, relationship-building, and upskilling are shaping the next generation of talent. 2026 will see a significant expansion of this in person and the first offering entirely online will also be launched!

The Week was Full of Heart

In recognition of Veterans and Remembrance Day, we made a donation to the 22Vets Foundation and raised more than $6,000 for the North Texas Food Bank, and assembled STEM robots for Big Brothers Big Sisters — impact that reflects the true spirit of our PartnerLINK community.

We also earned positive media coverage underscoring PartnerLINK’s innovation and community-driven approach.

‘The company’s latest investments in community are designed to combine the scale of a broadline disti with the kind of face-to-face relationships that online marketplaces can’t offer.’

Relive the Fun: PartnerLINK Council at Busch Gardens

We’re also including the PartnerLINK Council video filmed at Busch Gardens — a fan favorite from the week. The video sparked huge reactions on social media thanks to its humor, personality, and behind-the-scenes look at our leadership team.
