TD SYNNEX’s steadfast commitment to delivering cutting-edge AI enablement led us to release select Destination AI features globally, including a new enablement journey supporting Microsoft 365 Copilot. And the expansion of our AI catalog does not stop there. In 2023, TD SYNNEX onboarded new AI vendors and new AI-focused solutions to strengthen our capabilities across the TD SYNNEX line card, and introduce these solutions across the IT ecosystem.
Introducing A Wave of New AI Vendors
We recognize the challenges that arise when partners are competing in the crowded AI space. In fact, AI marketplace demands are growing at an accelerated pace. As of 2023, the AI market is valued at more than $530 billion, which also brings with it a promising opportunity for partners to capitalize on.
TD SYNNEX has a catalog comprised of over 40 AI vendors and is consistently growing the number of ISVs in an effort to provide pre-validated, ready-to-deploy solutions as well as the services needed to solve for any in-house skill gaps. The technical skills gap is a business challenge cited by our partners in TD SYNNEX’s Direction of Technology Report.
In November, TD SYNNEX announced the expansion of our AI enablement and training capabilities with the offering of a new solution, Intel Geti, a software platform that uses AI to analyze and understand images and videos. We are serving as an initial distributor of the platform within the U.S. and Europe. The enterprise-grade Intel Geti platform is used to build vision models for detection, classification, segmentation, and anomaly-based tasks in any industry where computer vision can bring business value.
Ultimately, such enablement tools are responsible for helping our partners drive adjacent sales and highly relevant use cases across various industry sectors. Another prime example of a new enablement opportunity centered on AI is TD SYNNEX’s Enablement Journey for Microsoft 365 Copilot.
Spotlight on Microsoft 365 Copilot: The Latest Addition to Destination AI
Microsoft 365 Copilot is now part of TD SYNNEX’s Destination AI program. By adding Microsoft 365 Copilot enablement to Destination AI, partners can access enablement as well as a wide range of AI applications and services that run on Microsoft 365 and Azure, such as computer vision, natural language processing and data analytics.
With a special focus on workplace productivity, Microsoft 365 Copilot can be thought of as one of the simplest use cases of AI – one that is applicable in the workplace in our daily tasks. Familiar Microsoft 365 applications like PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams are now AI-powered with the support of a personalized digital assistant. The tool increases productivity, yields creative results, and enhances overall efficiency.
